We actively manage routing 24x7 and collect real-time call data from our switches. If services issues do arise our network support engineers are on hand to help. We offer a VoIP interconnect using the SIP protocol at either of our POP's in Asia, UAE, Europe and America.

GOLD Voice Plan

This service offers highly reliable call termination to worldwide destinations at very low rates.

• Retail-quality calls: Calls will only ever be delivered via our own directs or the directs of our tier 1 partners and selected in-country suppliers.

• High completion rates with CLI delivery: We deliver CLI where possible and have multiple failover carriers in our routing to ensure high completion rates for your calls.

• Easy set-up through our online portal: We can have you up and running in less than an hour with our self-configuration portal that allows you to immediately start sending calls.

• Detailed online reporting: We offer advanced online reporting tools for viewing pricing, CDR and quality information.
